- Prepare a bowl of cold water and a separate jug with boiling water. Once boiled allow it to settle for 10-15 seconds.

How To Use?



1.Insert the blue handle into the breathing hole of your mouth guard.>



2.Prepare a bowl of cold water and a separate jug with boiling water. Once boiled allow it to settle for 10-15 seconds.



3.Using the blue handle, place the mouth guard into the hot water. The temperature will be 70-80 degree C, so be careful!



4.Allow the mouth guard to heat up for 15-25 seconds before taking back out using the blue handle.



5.Shake off excess water and insert the mouth guard into your mouth. Bite down gently and use your fingers to press around the guard to make the perfect mould around your teeth and gums.



6.Remove the mouth guard and blue handle from your mouth once ready and place into the bowl of cold water to allow it to set completely.
