- Insert the blue handle into the breathing hole of your mouth guard.

- Prepare a bowl of cold water and a separate jug with boiling water. Once boiled allow it to settle for 10-15 seconds.

- Using the blue handle, place the mouth guard into the hot water. The temperature will be 70-80 degree C, so be careful!

Answer:	It is a mouthpiece that goes over upper and lower teeth. Per their instructions, it must be molded to your teeth. READ the instructions as it is specific as to how to mold the device to your teeth and jaw. It has worked well for me.
