Answer:	You'd have to have a bigger cup - the inner hole diameter is 6 cm (2 3/8 inches). I've never seen an oboe or bassoon player use a cup that wide, but I suppose it's possible.
Question:	How many minutes or hours should you take this before you want to go to sleep
Answer:	I'm not aware of a drum rack as in the way the pipe is orientated. Without reading the specs on the max/ min diameter pipe it will clamp to. It will attach to the leg of the keyboard stand (maybe 3/4 inch). The leg is at an angle at about 10-15 degrees. it is very versatile. Once it is attached, the holder articulates, maybe 15-20 degrees left right, up and down. along with being able to rotate 360 degrees. I would say well made. They did a great job at thinking this though when designing this. only down fall is it cant hold anything larger than maybe a 16-20 oz water bottle (diameter) I say go for it.

Answer:	Sure. Typically you want the part that goes around the stand to rest on something (to keep it from sliding down the stand), so one could rest on the stand adjustment, and the other could rest on the first one.

Answer:	much smaller than a penny. I have problems with swallowing pills but these went down very easily. Coated with stuff to make it slide. I always dip my larger pills, i.e. calcium, vitamin B, etc. into margarine and they slide down instantly. Didn't need to do that with Remfresh. Problem is, it didn't work for me and it's critically expensive.

It was a miracle for me and I've been taking it for about 10 months now and if Works fantastic for me. I was taking Ambien and rozerem so was not sleeping and now I am off of those two medication and just taking remfresh and I usually get a solid 7 hours at least.
