I would say taking these right before showering would be ideal, combining different approaches. The following is just my guess: a COLD shower might cause problems for sleep, just by itself. I wouldn't recommend it.

Answer:	No, it doesn't. It is kind of cheaply made as the screw threads do not line up. It will also rust if hung outside.

Answer:	It appears to be a cheap grade of stainless that is very thin but so far no rust. The lights have been installed now for a bit over six months. Over several years they should lose luster but not rust or darken.
Question:	What size caps are these? because the largest size cap that exists can not fit over 2 grams of powder so that means these ingredients are wrong
Answer:	Remove the wire cage first. The ends of the wire cage fit into slots in the ring around the globe. Once the wire cage is off the glass globe unscrews. There is a rubber sealing ring the glass globe seats into this may cause the globe to be stubborn. If you can't get it to loosen try tightening it slightly before turning it the other way to loosen and remove it. The stainless steel used in the body of the lamp is not very thick. Be careful not to bend the stainless steel too far. Do not use too big of a bulb in the fixture. The heat of the bulb can make removing the globe difficult.
