Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Answer:	Yeah, shouldn't be a problem. Definitely not for the large bag.
Question:	Will the iPad pro fit in the bag
Answer:	I believe the Pro is 12.2 inches? If that's correct then I would say it's close. I have a 10.2 inch Samsung Galaxy Note tablet, and it fits in the main compartment with no issues, and has maybe another inch or two of room over the top of it. There are two pockets in the back of the bag, one for like pens and such, and one for possibly a tablet, and its a tight fit if I use that pocket, but if I put it in the main compartment then it's fine. I can still fit my wallet, my notebook and a small book to read. I think it's going to be a close fit for the Pro however. Hope that helps!
Question:	are these real straps or are they magnetic pull aways
Answer:	Hi. The front flap is magnetic pull away's disguised as straps. However, the magnetism is a strong hold although it doesn't appear to be. Have had no problem there. The shoulder strap does not lock in place and slides easily. This can be very uncomfortable while constantly having to re-adjust length. Very poor execution of the shoulder strap. If not for that, this would be a great bag to have.
Question:	can it fit a 13inch macbook air
Answer:	I just made the test with a 13inches macbook pro, it fits but just barely, with no space to spare vertically, you close it with some difficulty, again that was a macbook pro, on the other hand my 11" macbook air fits perfectly! With enough space for the charger, notebook, wallet, keys, etc. i hope this helps, it is a great backpack!
