Answer:	No, this cover can only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do NOT WET the wrap. You might want to place the wrap in a pillowcase if you use it often.
Question:	Do these pads have velco closures so they stay put
Answer:	They do not have Velcro but they are fairly weighted which helps them to stay in place if you are not moving around.
Question:	I live in an arid climate. Do the clay beads need to be hydrated
Answer:	They may not absorb as much moisture as in other areas, but you cannot WET the beads. If you don't have sufficient moisture, you could moisten the cover with a light spray of water. Too much water will melt the beads.

Question:	Does this have a cover that can be washed
Answer:	mine did not come with a cover. but we put towels in the microwave when warming it to protest it from any thing that may be on the inside of microwave that could get on it.

Answer:	Mine is blue & is 26" long excluding straps, 5" wide. I have several heating wraps, this one is my favorite.

• Heat in the microwave for 90 to 120 seconds. Add increments of 30 seconds for additional warmth.
• Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 12 minutes minimum. Please note that when heated there will be a Rice Scent.
• Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Please adjust according to your microwave wattage. Do Not Overheat.
