Answer:	I don't know how much they weigh or how much corn is in them; however, I know that it is not heavy and it is full of corn, and it works really well. It retains heat so you don't have to keep reheating. My husband loves it.

Answer:	The heating pad will probably not hold in place if you wrap it around your head. If you use a bandage wrap to hold the heating pad in place you'll probably have too much pressure and you'll be more uncomfortable. The best option is probably to lay down with it using one pouch on each side of your head and it will work nicely.

I recommend spot cleaning with a soft damp cloth, but do not submerse in water. Depending on how often and how well you take care of it, these sacks should last for a very very long time. To preserve the freshness of the herbs, you should keep the sack in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Over time and many uses, you may notice less of the herbal aroma, but it will still maintain its heating effects.
