Answer:	I don't believe the labeling of .75%. I have been using capsaicin for a number of years with products that have anywhere from .15 to .25% of capsaicin. I thought I would try a stronger % so I bought this product which claims .75%. This product is by far the weakest amount of capsaicin I have used. After using it for a month I never felt any heat from the capsaicin that I felt from the supposedly "weaker" products I have used in the past. Taking time to care for your body is the only path to permanent recovery.

Answer:	+1 here. This worked great for me after flaring up my ACL and medial meniscus tears. I had quite significant effusion in the knee only had about 20 degrees of flexion. I bought the product purely based on reviews not expecting much at all. Anyway two days of using this (after four weeks of little improvement) I had recovered another 20 degrees of ROM in the knee and by day 4 I had full ROM and substantially lower pain. I suspect I will need another arthroscopy to clear out the knee but I can't be happier with the product. Oh, and I'm an occupational therapist so have some idea about injury rehab. Answer:	I suppose is depends on if you have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. For osteoarthritis the salve would be beneficial as it helps stimulate blood flow and repair the worn away cartilage. Cartilage doesn't have a blood supply system built into it and relies on blood vessels for the tissue to live. If you have rheumatoid arthritis then an anti inflammatory diet (turmeric, mint, no wheat) would give the most benefits because this type of arthritis is an auto immune disorder and attacks tissue causing inflammation of the joints. Question:	can this stuff fade skin graft scars or acne scars
Answer:	Not sure but it seemed to heal my cuts and bruises faster. My sister uses it and said it helped with hyperpigmentation from old acne. I don't know about acne scars however. Probably not.

Answer:	Yes, it should be solid as it is a base of natural bee's wax. Once you dip in and rub out begin to smear where you want it as it will soften just like coconut oil. It too comes solid but should quickly melt into skin.

Answer:	Rub it on your knee daily and you are going to be amazed at how quickly it heals and handles the pain. I twisted my hip out of joint 1 1/2" and after going to physical therapy for weeks to use the tens machine and manipulate it, I was still waking up in the middle of the night screaming in pain with the spasms. My daughter suggested I get this ointment, and by that time I was ready to try just about anything as the meds the docs gave me only knocked me out or made me sick, so I bought it. Within days, literally 3 days, no more waking up in agony and I could actually sit for longer periods of time without trying to shift to get away from the pain. Within a week, most of the pain was gone and within 2 weeks, I am pretty much pain free. I use the back of my finger nail to scrape the hard ointment of the the tub and warm it in my hands, then it smooths on easily over my back and hips and I massage it in. I was doing that morning and night but now only need to do it after my shower in the morning. It has barely any smell at all and I don't refrigerate it - the fridge is way down the other end of our house and I want it in the bathroom handy to use. I wish I had known about this when I first got hurt. I will always keep a tub in the cabinet now. It is amazing. If we give the body what it needs, it responds favorably.

Answer:	According to the write-up it is 1X. This means placing Arnica in distilled water and shaking vigorously. This called Succusion. It is a Homeopath's word for # times the product has been shaken. Each time it gets stronger. 1X was Succused 1X, (it has more of the plant's physical properties) although it is weaker than say Arnica 100X. Confusing, yeah? I'm a Naturopathic Physician and homeopath. Homeopathy works very well. My wife uses this product.It has helped her tremendously. Good Product.
