Answer:	I was hoping for the same thing, but ended up buying an entire new unit, as my mother had also removed the battery door and lost it. That being said, I absolutely love this device. I can set up two weeks worth of pills, and with a second tray, I keep all of her meds at my house, and preload the second tray so I don't have to do it with her hovering over me😊 And, if I go on a longer vacation I can preload the second tray and have one of my siblings switch it out at the appropriate time. For me, the investment of a second unit was well worth it. Be aware, though, that the battery door is very easy to open. We have put duct tape over it to try to keep her from fiddling with it

Answer:	Hi D. Deen. The individual day is 1 1/8 x 1 1/8 x 1 - not including the curve in the lid which gives extra room.We did a quick fill test with vitamin D capsules and it held 23 of just those. The D measures 1/4" x 11/16" long. We used another vitamin 5/16" x 15/16 and it held 9 of those capsules. Also this may help, it held 36 ibuprofen 200mg tablets. Answer:	Can I change the default Alarm Times? Yes. The default alarm times can be changed to any specific time that works best for your current needs. You can even turn on or off any of the alarms if you need fewer alarms than the clock defaults to. Can I turn off some or all of the Alarms? Yes. Each of the daily alarms can be turned on or off during the set mode. A digital indicator on the front of the LCD display shows which of the four alarms is currently turned on. Also, all alarms can be temporarily turned off for vacation or away mode by a slide switch on the back of the clock. To toggle on or off any of the alarms, please read the following carefully. When you set an alarm, you will set the current hour with the "+" button, then press the green set advance button. Answer:	If you are a person that only takes 3-5 pills per day and does not have to worry about whether you take them in the morning or night then this pill box is not for you. But for those people that have day and night pills, especially a large amount, then this pill box comes in very handy. My husband has nine pills per day most if not all are twice a day. It was very tiring to fill that pill box once every week. He has some pills that have to be cut in half so this process every week was very timely. Since we get his prescriptions for 90 day supplies it just made sense to sit down once a month and fill all the boxes at once. This not only saved time every week but it also helps keep us up to date on when his prescriptions are due. We have a nice system down now and it only takes about 45 minutes now to fill for the whole month. No guessing games on when we need to refills prescriptions. Answer:	The e-Pill organizer I bought does not have a plastic smell at all. There is no recycle symbol, so I don't know what type of plastic it is. It is sturdy. As for dishwasher safe? Answer:	It's made of coated, "rust resistant" steel, so I don't see any reason it couldn't go in the refrigerator. Moisture would be my only concern, but since it is rust resistant, I think it would work. (I'm only a customer, not a company rep.)

Compare whether the current arrival time point is consistent with the time point set by the alarm clock (AM/PM or 24-hour format display requires attention). When the time is the same, the alarm will sound. (The alarm clock should be set a little later than the current time, the alarm will sound when the current time reaches the alarm time)

Button Function

• Press "S" button for 3 seconds to turn on, press three keys at the same time to turn off.
