Answer:	UV disinfection is depended on several factors including contact time. This device is most useful at the AC coils where mold will grow due to the moisture present from condensation. Let it run continuously rather than turning on & off so to maximize contact time. It took me four hours to install mine at the coils. I cut the plugs provided so I could run the 120v cords through an unused drain. It was easy to seal the drain with steel AC tape. I used a wood core drill bit to cut off the insulation in a nice round shape so the magnet would stick. We are happy with the product but it has only been running for a couple days as of Nov. 23, 2020. Ask me in a year how this experiment is going.

Question:	What is the difference between 2 packs and pack of 2. I want two cases and not sure which one to order
Answer:	It's made of coated, "rust resistant" steel, so I don't see any reason it couldn't go in the refrigerator. Moisture would be my only concern, but since it is rust resistant, I think it would work. (I'm only a customer, not a company rep.)
Question:	Can a container be removed from the tray
Answer:	Yes, I have kept mine in the refrigerator since I got it 2 months ago. It seems to be working fine there.

Answer:	It does snap closed and stays closed as long as you get everything lined up correctly. I haven't had much problem with it, but my husband has gotten frustrated with it.
