Question:	how long a pill with fit in the v-shape cutter
Answer:	This cutter seems to be designed for round pills. Cutting pills of other shapes may prove difficult.

Answer:	Stay away from this pill cutter it is pure junk. Broke the first time we used it. I guess that is why the company has it set up as a non refundable non returnable item

Answer:	I think so. Slide pill into center of V slot and push down cutter. The only difficulty I have found with any cutter is if the pill has a coated outside. The coated outside makes it more difficult to cut evenly. This is the simplest pill cutter but gives a clean cut. I have tried other cutters that do not cut as well.

Answer:	It's made in with it,not replaceable.

Question:	Does this work with 0.30 mm oval pills
Answer:	I purchased the splitter to divide one centimeter oval shaped tablets. The product works well and gives a reliable even split for tablets. Assuming the "pill" in the question is also a flat tablet, i.e. two flat sides it should also work. If however, the "pill" is a true pill, i.e. globular mass of medication it will not have two flat sides and may still work, but I think the round shape may be hard to hold in the sides of the device. If you look at the illustration the tablet os oval shaped and you can see the design will accommodate oval shape with at least one flat side.
Question:	where is this made
Answer:	On the bottom of the cutter it says "Made in PRC" which means People's Republic of China. So the answer to your question is that it is made in China.
Question:	I’m looking for a pill splitter to keep in my purse with a few pills in it, that won’t open by itself in my purse. Does this come apart easily
Answer:	The Equadose V2 was not designed to store pills. This is possible with the Equadose V1 (because it has two little storage compartments), but not with the V2. The makers of Equadose V2 thought that the most important thing was to add a centering device based on feedback from their customers. Adding a centering device changed the whole configuration of the splitter. Equadose V2 is the most accurate splitter I have found for splitting pills.
Question:	I have to cut my pets small pills into fourths is this possible with this cutter
Answer:	That is exactly what I use it for - to cut famotidine pills into quarters for my cat. It works very well. I get even cuts with no crushing.

Pull back the centering mechanism to make room for your pill.

Replace the top, and press down to split your pill. The bottom blade will automatically engage from the bottom.

Answer:	It’s a pill cutter. It doesn’t grind pills.
Question:	Will this cut even if the pill doesn’t have a score line
Answer:	It will perfectly. the side rails center the pill and hold it in place.... or pills, more than one at a time.
Question:	Will it work to cut one pill
Answer:	Yes, one pill or several at the same time.
Question:	does this work for small pills
Answer:	How small? My quick answer would be yes. I can cut one of my pills that are about 3/16" in diameter into 4 pieces (basically quarter them) with no problem. Hope this helps.
