Answer:	I wear a women's size 9 and I got the large size gaiter based on reviews saying that they are somewhat tight around the calf. I would say that your shoe size is not as important as your calf size. My calves are not particularly large and my size 'large' gaiters are very snug. I wouldn't want them any smaller or tighter. I am 5'3" and on the 'slim' side.

Answer:	I'm not sure if you can. The instructions are pretty clear on where you should use it. I myself use it on my under arm area and it works just fine... Now, under the breast i think it would be a little too risky for a rash or a skin reaction just because skin folds and sweat gets caught up in that area. Answer:	Personal experience - the balm is a different texture and has several added alcohols. Where the lotion heals the psoriatic dermatitis rash on my ears, the balm makes it burn and does nothing for the rash.
