You could suck on them until the coating is gone and the insides are easily chewed, like a stale gummy (slightly harder than a 'fresh' gummy would be). I hope that helps. | Answer: | I imagine you would have to buy the product then look at the bottle once you receive it. It doesn't matter who or where you buy your product from, every batch of products will have a different expiration date...the seller is not responsible for the expiration date, I would think that would come from the manufacturing or packing company...Amazon would be the distributor, (they probably put the label on, put it in a box and ship it). I purchase two 100 ct bottles every month because everything and I mean everything I eat gives me gas or causes me serious bloating issues. Therefore I chew 2 to 4 tablets with every piece of food, even snacks, that I put into my mouth. (lol!) You may want to try the smaller count bottle if you don't have a really serious gas or bloating issue. I hope this helps you, have a great day!!! |

| Answer: | I would agree with Holly, porcine (pork) gelatin is cheaper, so not specified. But they usually specify bovine (beef) or fish sources if it contains gelatin, for better marketing. But not always, sometimes you have to contact the mfg. |

| Answer: | I am not an expert on beano so you would have to go straight to the source but from what I understand beano has fish gelatin which I believe is a protein product produced by partial hydrolysis of the collagen rich fish scale material. So technically because it comes from some part of the fish you can make your own decision on whether to include it or not. I am 99% vegan which means at times Ill eat a (usually just one) french fry that has been fried in animal lard, or take beano and think nothing of it. Its not about being one thing or another its all about health and living a healthy life in balance. |
