Answer:	Yes, they are gluten free. I have Celiac and I'm extremely sensitive to gluten. I actually take these to help with bloating if I accidentally get glutened.
Question:	This is not the same ingredient as Beano, is it
Answer:	No. It doesn't prevent gas it keeps it from making foam so it can pass easier. Beano has an enzime that helps your digestion digest the unique sugars in the beans etc. So there is not so much gas produced almost eliminating it. I thought I would try the symethicone, but no more for me. Beano next time!!

Question:	Why are some batches of Gelusil more "minty" in flavor while others seem to have almost no mint flavor? Has anyone else noticed this
Answer:	I think they changed flavored. From peppermint to cool mint. I do not like the mint-ier taste!
Question:	How long the effect of a single pill
Answer:	I can't speak to a single pill, the recommended dose is 2=4. However, I suffer from periodic reflux and usually within 10 minutes, it goes away after taking 2-3 of these. The relief usually lasts until I have another bout of reflux (a few days).
Question:	There are several conflicting reviews! This could be serious considering that this medicine. Anyone tried recently? Thank you
Answer:	We buy this Gelusil every month or so depending on use. We have had no problems with this product. It works well for us when we need it. We try 2 if that doesn't work 2 more. I have acid reflux as does my husband. Ialso have other medical problems that it helps. Hope this helps

This website also gives information about Gelusil. http://www.drugs.com/cdi/gelusil-chewable-tablets.html The difference seems to be that Gelusil is Aluminum Hydroride , Magnesium hydroxide and Simethicone based, while Titralac is Calcium and Simethicone based (from what this website is giving me).
