Answer:	Must shake it well. The main ingredient is the cough surpressant but what really does wonders for YOR cough and sore throat is the cod liver oil. It bathes the throat and stops the cough and heals the sore throat, plus it has several vitamins especially Vit D. Also, look up licorice root, it also has soooo many health benefits. Those two items is what makes this medicine superior to others. Others only have a chemical cough suppressant which does nothing but stop the cough for a few hours.
