Answer:	The numbing only lasts for about 1 minute. Only do 2 sprays every 2-4 hours as it states. The bottle has lasted me a few months and it’s still full.

Answer:	One option is to buy from Amazon, and offers free returns. The other option C is purchasing through an outside vendor.There is only one width. Answer:	I own a pair of both and I would say it comes to a matter of preference. The orange insoles have a little "give" in the toe area, they are more cushioned in the front foot (the heel and arch are solid). the green are not as cushioned in the toe. Answer:	Mine are finally breaking down after 22yrs, yes years, of 12 hr shifts sometimes 7 days a week.
