Answer:	From what i know, it puts out a cool mist. You put water up to the fill line, add the oil and turn it on. The problem i had with this product is that after about 3 months of use, the cover would be very difficult to remove even after cleaning. Answer:	The official use info on the package says 1 tablet every 4 hours, and no more than 6 in any 24 hour period.But frankly, many people with sinus issues and some studies have shown that this medication doesn't work very well compared to pseudoephedrine, which used to be OTC but was pulled because bad folks were using it to make meth. You might consider checking with a sinus doctor to see if they'll write you a prescription for pseudoephedrine instead.
