Answer:	I wear a cotton mask and have absolutely NO problems with it having any effect on the patch. My patch is not on my lip so I'm not sure whether the location of the patch relative to the mask would make a difference. The patch has worked wonderfully for me and I hope it works well for others.

Answer:	It will always be different for each individual. Depends on your breakout and usual healing cycle. On my top lip, I rubbed tea tree oil and placed the patch on as soon as I felt the tingling. Nothing formed and it went away within 24 hrs. The other breakout on my bottom lip lasted around 5 days but the patch definitely protected it and absorbed the fluid from it.

Hello, Boiron makes no specific gluten-free claims for its medicines, because we do not test for gluten in our final products. However, most homeopathic active ingredients originate from species that do not contain gluten. A few active ingredients originate from cereal plants—Avena sativa, Triticum repens and Stigmata maidis—but the parts used to prepare the medicines are the stems, leaves and flowers, not the grains, which contain gluten. There is no gluten in Chestal. Thank you.

Temporarily relieves symptoms of the common cold such as nasal and chest congestion, fitful cough, sneezing, minor sore throat, and runny or stuffy nose.

WARNINGS:

• Ask a doctor before use if you have cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus) or thick, greenish phlegm, or if you experience shortness of breath; or cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts for more than 7 days, comes back, or is accompanied by fever, rash or a persistent headache, or if sore throat persists for more than 2 days or occurs with a fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting. These could be signs of a serious condition.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.

DIRECTIONS

• Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 10 mL every 2 hours
• Children 3 to 12 years of age: Take 5 mL every 2 hours
• Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
