Answer:	I wouldn't advise a couch with this width . The width of the sofa is 40 or more inches. My current sofa was damaged because the day it arrived I didn't take into consideration that the sofa was 95" and the width was 50. It didn't look that big in the showroom and since I had a doorway 36" I didn't see the problem however trying to maneuver it caused a small tear in the back. Now I measure every angle before experiencing this again. I love my current sofa but I saw this one and fell in love but 'Im still doing research so I won't have this problem again.
