Answer:	Its not as thick as it used to be. Im very disappointed. It is thinned down...probably so it goes through the pump better. It works for the 1st half or more of tub, then the bottom stuff is thicker so the pump doesnt work so well anymore. With the original, thicker formula, I got so tired of messing with their pumps, that i almost switched to another brand of lotion. But I loved the thick formula, so I cut the bottles open and scooped the lotion into old olive jars, or whatever jars i had available. I loved scooping it out of a jar (versus pump), and used it lavishly....after I had transferred it to another container. I called the company to appeal to them to please put it in tubs (cuz the pumps didnt work), and also to market it with other lotions....instead of hidden in the baby section only. Not long later, (possibly in response to complaints) they came out with the thinned down version. I am so disappointed, and feel it was a marketing mistake. I still purchase the lotion sometimes, but also use other lotions that do the job just as well. Considering the thinned down version, the price is really elevated.

• Keep head straight and look forward. No need to bend the neck.

• Place bottle tip into one nostril and point tip toward the back of the throat, not the eyes. Do not point tip upwards. Hold the bottle, so the water line aligns with bottle Level Lines.

• Take a breath and hold it, in order to block the back of your throat. While holding that breath, gently squeeze the bottle until the solution exits the opposite nostril.

Answer:	It did for me the first time because I didn't follow the directions lol. They key is to not blow through your nose as you are rinsing. Just let the water flow and breathe out through your mouth. If you try to inhale or exhale through your nose as you are rinsing you may feel a burning sensation for a few seconds. Key is just letting it flow.

Since I irrigate very often I buy a gallon of distilled water and put by bathroom sink and fill irrigator, add some salt, some xylitol, (using without salt added burns like crazy) , and irrigate. You get adapted to room temp irritations quickly.

Answer:	I had sinus surgery in 2017. My ENT surgeon recommended I use the Alcolol rinse every morning and night once I had recovered. You must use it in conjunction with a NeilMed sinus rinse bottle and Saline nasal rinse. You can get the plastic bottle and saline packets from any pharmacy. They are commonly referred to as a Netti pot but this is the only one that works. You put Alcolol in the bottle up to the first line, add the saline packet and then fill the bottle with distilled or boiled water which has cooled. I can’t cope with very dry cold weather. My nose gets very dry especially when I sleep. The sinus rinse helps me and at times it’s the only thing which gives me relief from headache the dryness causes. Also on instruction from my doctor I use a triple antibiotic gel. After I rinse my nose I put it on a tip and coat the inside of both nostrils with it. You can use Vaseline too but I haven’t tried that. Dryness is caused by several different things. If you live in Vegas, or in the mountains where it’s dry and cold, drink lots of water and use a humidifier. No matter where I am, drinking water has a huge benefit loss effect on how dry my sinuses are. If I don’t drink enough I get a sinus infection. If you have headaches when you wake up, it’s a sign of sleep Apnea and you should see an ear nose and throat specialist. In any case I’d recommend seeing an ear nose and throat specialist. If you also snore and are overweight, lose weight as best you can, drink lots of water every day and that will diminish your snoring which can also contribute to dryness. Drinking water does not mean coffee, tea, soda or other drinks. Good water; not tap water which contains chemicals. Caffeine is a diuretic and all it does is dry you out more. I was in hell before I started using the sinus rinse and increasing my intake of water. Doing these things has stopped sinus infections and it cleans out allergens.
