Answer:	I am 5'3" , and it is fine for me. We also have an XL version which my husband uses. He is taller than I but shorter than you, and he is comfortable in either one. I would suggest the XL for you. The XL wouldn't work for me, so I bought this one
Question:	Is this a drowsy or non-drowsy medicine
Answer:	Both, the XL size is 2 in. wider and longer than the standard size.
