Answer:	I know of no reason to think this product is illegitimate or a ripoff. This generic Benadryl/Dyphenhydramine is widely available from many different sellers and manufacturers. Why do you think it's fake? Simply because you could not find it on the Costco website is meaningless. Does the product work as Benadryl or its generic equivalent should. For me, yes. It is a classic antihistamine that eases an itchy skin rash for me. Also, it aids sleep. This 600-quantity bottle is a great bargain.

Answer:	To answer your question I'm going to use the Brand Name Benadryl. The Benadryl from Kirkland comes as a Tablet (that is a solid form). I buy only the Kirkland brand. When one unscrews the cap one sees a safety seal which gives me a sense of security. It is a 25 mg. tablet., not a Softgel. Each bottle contains 600 tablets. I trust Benadryl because my childhood Doctor used Benadryl himself when his nose was runny. ; > ).

Zyrtec (cetirizine hydrochloride) is a second gen antihistamine typically suggested for seasonal allergies. I personally have year round allergies and use this generic Zyrtec and it works great for me and causes no drowsiness (especially for the price!)
