Answer:	These were recommended to me for mild supination. I first bought them at a running shoe store, and have since bought additional pairs on Amazon

Answer:	I wouldn’t size up as the arch position may be awkward relative to the heel cup and overall length. I’ve used these in 4 generations of Lone Peaks and in Timps and an older Altra road shoe, sized to my men’s 10.5 foot and medium Currexs. Basically I trim nothing from the sides and only trim a blunt line across the front. The resulting inside fit of the toe box is about 95% full. There are some small gaps on the sides but unnoticeable underfoot. The heel and mid foot are perfect.

Answer:	Unless you are knock-kneed with high arches - then get medium according to the chart at the store. If you have high arches with straight or bow-legs then get the high.

Answer:	Unless they are the ones that come in specific sizes, most of the insoles are between sizes (ie 6-11) and you cut them to fit your shoe. I personally have taken the insole out of the shoe I plan on putting it in and using that as a reference

Answer:	I do not think so memory foam would not give you as much support, the description says" Lightweight polysorb polyurethane foam provides arch and heel support". My foot doctor recommended them, they are less expensive than some although Spenco has variety and some are higher priced. I have been using them for a few years, and they work for me

Answer:	I use the 3/4 superset for my ballet flats. Unfortunately, they raise my heel so my ballet flats do not fit as well, but my feet are significantly happier at the end of a long work day-the trade off is completely worth it. FYI- I am on my feet for an average of 8-10 hours per day on a cement floor. Seriously. I noticed a huge difference. My feet felt significantly better at the end of my day using the 3/4 superfeet in my ballet flats.

Answer:	I own a pair of both and I would say it comes to a matter of preference. The orange insoles have a little "give" in the toe area, they are more cushioned in the front foot (the heel and arch are solid). the green are not as cushioned in the toe. I personally prefer the green to the orange I found the cushioning to be annoying.

Answer:	Mine are finally breaking down after 22yrs, yes years, of 12 hr shifts sometimes 7 days a week. As a machinist walking on concrete and steel cat walks, and 6ft 2in, 205 lbs, I can't stress how important these have been in my life. Only issue I EVER had was my own, I got them wet, tried to dry in a low temp oven, and the foam at the toes curled up. I cut the foam off at the 3/4 length plastic and still used them. That was about 19 years ago. Absolutely the best part of my many pairs of workboots over the years

Answer:	I keep a pair in my slippers that I always wear in the house, then I have additional pair for the shoes I wear outside. However, I find that I wear two different “outside” shoes often. Question:	How do these compare to the berry Superfeet insoles
Answer:	Every 12 months or 500 miles. They are guaranteed for 60 days. You will love these if you are having foot problems. I was skeptical because they are so thin. They have definitely taken care of my plantar fasciitis. It took a couple of weeks for the pain to stop but I am sold on these!

Answer:	Thats tricky. When you buy shoes with actual arch support built in them, does it feel like the aech is in the right place for you or does it feel like it is too far forward or backword? I would say if they are always in the right place, order the size 8.5-10. But if they feel like they are too far forward, order the size 6.5-8. My very first pair of superfeet I bought, I had been fitted for in a comfort shoe store in a mall, and the very knowledgeable man who helped me, said my foot measures a size 8, but my arch measures a size 8.5. The next pair I bought, these berry ones, I ordered from Amazon, and I got the size C. After wearing them for nearly 2 years now and thinking these don't provide me nearly as much support as my Vionic flip flops do, I realized that the arch support hits too far back and I should have gotten the next size up, the size 8.5-10. So now I am ordering the next size up in the Superfeet Blueberry (as they are suppose to have the next level up of arch support from the Berry's) and that should solve my problem.

Answer:	I have not purchased this particular fit of Superfeet, but it is expected that you trim the Superfeet to match your shoe insole (which you then throw out). If I were you, I'd head to your local REI, try them on and see if the larger size (11+) will work for your smaller foot. Answer:	You wish you were taller, you wish you were a baller.
Question:	The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut

Question:	How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc
Answer:	I found it best to remove the original shoe insert, especially if you have already worn the shoes because by now the original insert has worn down some anyway.
Question:	All day support
Answer:	The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Tri-comfort does everything realy well, can be found for under $7 but lasts 8 weeks. (Tri-comfort=good to try).

Answer:	Difference is the material they have. DMP is a material similar to memory foam that is included in the insoles. Just make sure there actually is the additional material. Godspeed!

Answer:	Maybe in the rim around the heel and the arch. About 1/4 in center of heel area, and even thinner for the ball and toe of the foot. That being said. I love them.

Answer:	I don't have high arches but I have tried insoles that were made for high arches and my feet didn't like them (which of course makes sense). Saying that, the trailblazers are perfect for my feet. These are the best insoles ever have ever bought. You can buy them and try them and if you don't like them you can give them to some lucky soul (pun). Btw, My feet have more of a medium arch
