Answer:	The front picture is deceiving,but the size is listed in the features section. It's also an add on, not the same one I myself ordered.

Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Replace insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Question:	If someone has flat feet, do they want a Spenco insole that "forces" you to have a high arch
Answer:	I ordered size 10.. For some reason, these products are displayed on Amazon separately by size rather than just letting you select the size when you order.... a bit inconvenient.
Question:	Do these inserts take up much volume in the toe area for casual shoes? I have high arches and Spenco has recommended these
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Will thes be good for walking on concrete floors all day
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	just wondering are they comfortable
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	They are oil and slip resistance.There is a must read on bottom of shoe. My son loves these work shoes will buy again.

Answer:	I got mine today and they’re marked in several places that they’re slip resistant. Even had a tag on the bottom shoe lace that said slip resistant. There is no shoe that is slip proof but these are definitely slip resistant.

Answer:	You can cut them to size to fit any sneaker or cleat. Not sure it's the right support for ball of foot. They are Good for arches . Look at spence website as well as "super feet" brand - more support and more specific issues.

Answer:	I wear 8 1/2 shoes and I wear Spenco 7/8 and they're a perfect fit in my shoes, no need to trim. Also confirmed with a Spenco rep that it was the 7/8 I needed for size 8.5 women shoes I wear. The sizing chart is on their website as well and also says 7/8 for woman shoe size 8.5.

Answer:	The Spenco Total Support Max Insole does not force a high arch so it will be more comfortable for flat feet.
Question:	Are these memory foam
Answer:	Not too much. They work great in athletic shoes and some low profile shoes and boots, but in a dressier pair of shoes (like pumps) they crowd the toes a bit.
Question:	I wear a size men’s size15 how doI order them
Answer:	It works for me. When I walk barefoot in the house my tendons hurt by the end of the day. When I wear my shoes with insoles, it is not the case.
Question:	I have some ballet flats I l wear to work but they don't give me enough support to walk or be on my feet for very long. Which insert would be best
Answer:	I find them very comfortable! I plan to order a few more pair so I don't have to keep transferring them to different shoes!

Answer:	Certainly . though your question leaves a lot to be imagined, for instance. What is the surface material you are walking on while wet? Steel , moldy wood , mud in a Louisiana pond? Many issues can cause normally infallible tools to appear to fail. The boots in question work very well on hard unsealed concrete, also stainless steel sheeting for food service plants . Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.
Question:	It says pack of 1, and picture shows right foot, how do I order left foot as well
Answer:	The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.

Answer:	There is an 800 number on the package photo on the right. It is pretty clear that multiple people here do not have a clue what vegan means. This is made by Bayer, and thus a European company. In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Glues, plastics, medications, personal care products, etc. all often have animal products in them. Dyes, too. It is simply a desire to not cause suffering to others. Really simple.

Answer:	Yes, reading the reviews I found that they run small, I wear a 10 so I ordered a 10.5. They fit well but next time I will order a Narrow instead of Medium width. I love them !!

Answer:	The underside of the tongue says made in Vietnam (Asia).
Question:	What if I have two left feet? will these work? my feet hurt a lot when i try to dance
Answer:	You would wear a size 6.5, though there is none for this model. There is a women's version listed as Skechers Women's, Ghenter Bronaugh Lace up Work Shoes here on Amazon that has a women's size 8 available.
