Answer:	I have not had the need to glue them. I buy the soles a bit big and I am able to trim the soles to fit the shoe just right. They don't move for me. We have even used them in soccer cleats. But if I needed to keep them from slipping, I guess I would've tried gorilla glue or double sided tape.

I don’t like wearing socks with my shoes, therefore, I have several pairs of these insoles. Depending on which shoe I place the insole in, a pair has lasted easily over a year or longer.
Question:	I wear men’s size 12 in a leather dress shoe. What size should I order
Answer:	This is rather thin as well as totally flat leather (it has no sort of anatomical shape), so I think it is designed to fit on top of the insole. But if a shoe has the same type of flat insole, I suppose you could try switching one for the other. The other thing to keep in mind is how tight a fit the shoes are....if tight, adding this leather insole on top of an existing insole might make the shoes too tight. If they are loose, however, adding the leather insole would make them more comfortable. Hope this helps.

Question:	What type arches does this have? Low med high
Answer:	These are certainly very comfortable and give decent (not excellent but good) arch support. I would get half to one size larger than your regular size as they run a little small. If they turn out too big you can always cut them to size.
Question:	If the inserts are too long, can I trim them to size
Answer:	There is a plastic support under the arch and it seems to be relatively strong. One thing you should consider is that on the top of the leather insole, two crucial areas under the ball of the foot and the heel are both the exposed (plastic!!) cover of the gel for some silly reason, so at least my feet stuck to them like crazy and made the insoles quite uncomfortable. There is also a seam around those openings which I found irritating.
Question:	I have size 9 - 9 1/2 shoe size. Is it comfortable despite available in size
Answer:	I assumed they were men's sizes and ordered them that way and they perfectly, so I think they're men's. They should fix that.

Answer:	I purchased these sometime ago, I do not remember a chart. I ordered my shoe size and they worked great! Very nice insoles. Warm!
