Question:	My Neos date from 2010 and are pretty good but leak a little on the bottom. Will these help to prevent my shoes from getting wet on the bottom
Answer:	If you're getting them for the neos (same size i.e. xxl), and the neos usually cover a range i.e. 11-13 for shoes and sneakers they become a half size smaller and for boots about a whole size smaller There pretty thick and fit very well just be aware that if you were wearing something snug before you might have a problem If using on another brand check the neos chart if it says it fits 11-13 let's say then it will be the largest size i.e. 13 but they are trimmable and they do have a nice arch support If I had to get again I would the insoles and "boots" one size below what would fit my sneakers, shoes, etc so I could wear them with just socks otherwise you tend to end up with a slightly loose fitAnyway sorry got a little off track but hope this helps

Answer:	These are just a filler if using smaller shoes to use up space and provide better insulation but will do nothing as far as waterproofing.
Question:	I'm an 11.5 US shoe size. Which size would work with that
Answer:	Since I have the small Enos overshoes, I thought I'd order the small inner soles to put in the boot and eliminate wearing a shoe in the boot. I was more comfortable with a shoe in the boot as it gave my foot more support. The inner soles are fairly thick and stiff so you wouldn't be able to cut them easily. Since my inner soles say "small" I'm sure they come in sizes. Check the neos website, maybe they have more information on sizing.

Question:	Are they available in women's shoe size
Answer:	KEEN work boots/shoes with the ESD spec work regardless of insert. I'm not sure if there is a conductive lining around the ankle, or if all keen inserts just have the right conductivity to work within ESD specifications. I'll do a test at work with these when I receive them and update this. Also, ESD refers to Electro Static Discharge and is important when working around electronics or flammables. Update: Stepped on the ESD tester at work and passed the conductivity test, so these are confirmed to work with ESD shoes.

Answer:	The ones I got were for my size shoe, they fit snug. I think an 11 would work but the 12 might do what mine did and that was they just pushed my foot up more in my shoe. I have had mine since March 2018 and they are still just as comfortable as when I bought them.
