Question:	Are you supposed to lay these over your shoe's existing insole, or do they replace the existing insole altogether
Answer:	I have not had the need to glue them. I buy the soles a bit big and I am able to trim the soles to fit the shoe just right. They don't move for me. We have even used them in soccer cleats. But if I needed to keep them from slipping, I guess I would've tried gorilla glue or double sided tape.

Question:	Do these inserts really work well in high heeled sandal type shoes
Answer:	I wore them in high heeled boots, about a 4inch heel. They KILL my feet, and I was hoping these inserts would help but they did not, I hobbled around despite the gel. In fact they fell apart and now my boot has gel bits inside of it. Luckily I did get a full refund so that's a plus. I would suggest for high heeled sandals, those foot petals, a lot of heel wearing women swear by them.
Question:	Does adhesive on bottom hold? Most I have purchased worked their way out as I walked and stuck out either over the toe or heel of the shoe
Answer:	Hello, yes it holds. I bought these to go inside one of my favorite pair of wedges that I had worn out inside. I put these in, covers the worn out bits, & stays put even when my feet get warm (live in TX!). I only take a size 6 & they fit fine, no overhang. The velvet finish feels really nice too!

Answer:	The Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles are more for open toed shoes and sandals. They are less sturdy and more flimsy than the Pedag 121 3/4 Ultra Thin leather insoles. The adhesive on the Pedag 121 insoles is much stronger than the Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles. I would say that for three inch high heeled boots you should go with the Pedag 121 insoles because they are much more sturdy and stay in place better than the Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles. I have bought both of these insoles and think the Pedag 121 work the best for high heeled shoes.

Answer:	Select the "2 Count" option and take a look at "About the Product" (just below the picture of the product) - the product description for the "2 Count" option indicates that you will receive a pack of 2 pair (that's two insoles for each foot; 2 right insoles and 2 left insoles). The "1 Count" option if for one pair of insoles (1 insole for the left foot and 1 insole for the right foot).
Question:	Will these fit in a ladies high heels? Im a flight attendant and my feet get really cold on the plane
Answer:	I would think so, Mary. They are pretty thin, and might make your shoes fit more snugly, though, if they are already tight. On the other hand, ones feet do tend to get a bit smaller when they are cold!

Answer:	If you mean situations like a long winter football game (I've had to sit outside at Soldier Field in brutal cold before), I think these will help but it won't be enough. I think these work for "day to day" errands, walking a few blocks, etc., but not for "long hours, heavy duty outdoor use" unless the boots you are using are also insulated and you just need some extra warmth.

Answer:	These insoles are designed to absorb the scent from moisture and stinky feet. Being that the name of the product includes “insole” they are not intended to provide support. To give the purchaser an ideal of how thin the insole is, I slip it inside my shoes without removing the original shoe insole. This product works extremely well and I absolutely love it. I don’t like wearing socks with my shoes, therefore, I have several pairs of these insoles. Depending on which shoe I place the insole in, a pair has lasted easily over a year or longer.
Question:	I wear men’s size 12 in a leather dress shoe. What size should I order
Answer:	This is rather thin as well as totally flat leather (it has no sort of anatomical shape), so I think it is designed to fit on top of the insole. But if a shoe has the same type of flat insole, I suppose you could try switching one for the other. The other thing to keep in mind is how tight a fit the shoes are....if tight, adding this leather insole on top of an existing insole might make the shoes too tight. If they are loose, however, adding the leather insole would make them more comfortable. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Shoes that I don't wear socks with fit perfectly. Dress shoes where socks are normal were a bit tight but compress and fit is good. I have bought 6 sets and use all of them.
