Answer:	As far as I can tell the entire insert is constructed of foam. The heel and arch are a hardened foam but still lightly padded. It took a couple days to get used to them as I’ve never needed inserts before. I exercise daily and find them incredibly comfortable. All symptoms of my plantar fasciitis are gone. I decided to continue using them as a preventative measure. I even bought a second set for other shoes. They trim easily with a guide molded into the bottom of the insole. Question:	Will these work in steel-toed work boots
Answer:	The Membrasin Intimate Moisture Cream is for external use. The triple emulsion formula with SBA24® strengthens and protects the mucosa and skin of the intimate area. It has hyaluronate for optimal hydration and lactic acid which maintains the normal pH balance. It is a hormone and fragrance free cream that nurtures the vaginal mucosa and intimate areas and alleviates symptoms due to dryness.
Question:	how to choose the size
Answer:	Yes. The Intimate Moisture Cream is applied topically to the genital mucosa and skin. It provides moisture as well as protecting & repairing the skin. It also helps balance the pH. You can apply as needed, but we recommend at least applying at night before bed so that the cream can absorb thoroughly through the night.

Answer:	They are not memory foam. I replaced my Merrell hiking shoes inserts with them. They were the same as what the shoes came with. They aren't very thick.
