Answer:	Hello, our insole is normal in width, the instep of the insole can be trimmed, suitable for sports shoes, casual shoes, hiking shoes. It may be too thick for leather shoes.

Answer:	They can,, yet be sure to take our the inner liner that is there. May not work with both in the shoe.

Answer:	They have a lot of arch support. I have flat feet and they haven't collapsed on me which is big for a shoe insert. They are thinner and softer by the toes they have a squishy center then the sides are harder plastic the forces the shape of the foot. So long story short I am not a Dr so I don't know if they would be ideal for you or not but they are very high quality inserts.
