Answer:	funny you should ask, I wanted to wear them out today because they looked better with my outfit than my shoes. But they are slippers. I suppose you might be able to wear them outside, they have leather soles. I love mine, only take them off to get into bed.

Answer:	They feel not snug but not floppy on my foot (which is medium width, not wide, NOT narrow though). They don't slide up and down the heel. I love the bottom, and big toe box. I feel like my foot is protected but on it's own, like barefoot, with some comfortable padding in a concrete world. They are freelance no agenda shoes, which is what i like. Answer:	I suggest contacting the seller. My experience with him was excellent. I believe that the "M" in the size stands for "Medium" but I'm not absolutely sure. There is also a size guide that uses actual measurements of the foot. I had to exchange my wife's slippers because they were tight. Several reviewers suggested to get the next size up from your normal size. I agree with them. Good luck!

Answer:	No arch support. They're soft on the bottom, although they're quite thick. It's more of a lounging slipper than something you'd wear outside or doing too much walking. The bottom has stayed quite squishy and not gotten flattened like some soft slippers can. I still love my pair for cold nights on the couch.

Answer:	No,they don’t really have arch support but you could add it with inner soles. I put fleece inner soles in mine. They’re extremely comfortable and very well made.

However, since the slipper shell is made of non woven 100% premium sheep wool fiber felt, it will mold/shape to your feet form after little time (like natural leather slipper or shoe). I would suggest to buy smaller size if your feet are narrow. For example, if you are size 7 or Europe size 38, I would suggest to try on our slipper in size 6 which is Europe size 37. Question:	What is the return policy
Answer:	The insole is not removal. After a couple of years of wearing every day for a while I replace the slippers. I usually wear them out (or through). I believe the lining is boiled wool as well but my feet do not sweat in them. They are so comfortable.

Answer:	They fall apart within 4 months of normal indoor use, so it doesn't really matter where they are made (China maybe). They suck and they are expensive for slippers. I emailed pictures and put in complaints twice to the company and never heard a thing. Don't buy them!!!
