Question:	can this be used with a prescription medication that is used once a week
Answer:	It is all natural and isn't harsh on your hair. I guess you could. but don't know why you would. This brand has other products for prevention.
Question:	What about for fleas? does it work for fleas, too
Answer:	This is specifically for lice. If you have a flea infestation, you should get your pets flea medication and baths, as well as probably getting your house bombed by a professional.

Answer:	Yes, it's safe to leave on overnight. I'm not sure how effective it is in treating lice by leaving it on all night but I use it as a leave in conditioner. I bought it to treat lice 3 years ago and it makes your hair feel wonderful.

Answer:	Dogs don't get lice. Do you mean mites? Either way, I wouldn't put it on a dog..

Step 1: WipeOut

Using the WipeOut on dry hair, saturate the entire head of hair. Massage thoroughly into the scalp and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse (with or without shampoo & conditioner) and towel dry. It is recommended after applying WipeOut to comb the hair with a lice comb. Completely detangle the hair before proceeding to the combing process.

Step 2: Comb with Lice Comb

Once the hair is completely free of tangles, divide it into 1 inch sections and comb from root to ends. Your comb should be scraping the scalp and go through the length of hair. It is normal for the combing process to be uncomfortable. Keeping the hair wet and conditioned will help reduce discomfort.

Step 3: Re-Check the Hair

We recommend re-checking the hair every other day for at least one week following a treatment. Use a lice comb to check the hair for re-infestation, or any lice evidence that may have been left behind. You may use the WipeOut as often as needed to re-treat the hair or as a preventative step.

Step 4: Be Proactive

If lice is ongoing problem in your child's world, continue to check them once a week for re-exposure. If an adult louse is found your child may have picked up a new case of head lice. Keep long hair in buns or braids and use repellants to reduce the chance of re infestation.

Answer:	You can use it with the power cord, but if the charge is very very low, you may still have to wait a few mins to let the battery recharge. Also, please do not use it with the power cord while in the shower. It should always be unplugged if you're near running water.

Question:	How does the spray cover the scalp if your just spraying this all over your hair? Wont the lice be protected underneath
Answer:	The difference between “Old Version” and “New Version” is simply package design. The formula has not changed, and has been tested effective against Super lice and eggs.
Question:	Does this kill super lice
Answer:	I'm going to answer this in more detail. The main ingredient is sodium chloride/table salt. I have used salt dissolved in warm water and it does work but does not seem to completely rid my kids of the super lice all on it's own. It might just be the differences in the concentration of salt to water ratio that I used. (Might need to be more concentrated to match this products abilities.) My kids had the bugs for over 6 weeks while I was trying to use salt water, rid, tea tree oil and everything else I could buy on the market, I spent almost 200.00 on products that did not work. I have to admit that I was broken down trying to treat my kids of the bugs and nothing was working until I ordered this spray. IT'S A LIFE SAVER!!!! I love this product though and my kids do too. If they get a little itch on their heads at all they come running to get treated. Before this product it was a fight with 3 kids and such a burden in my house to treat for lice. Salt water is of course easy to make and way cheaper than buying this stuff by far, but knowing that they are gone with this product relieves the bulk of the stress that comes with having the bugs.
Question:	How can this be returned to the manufcturer for not working? I tried the info on the label but it does not work! Used 2 bottles

Question:	Never experienced lice before....can you open and close this bottle easily or is it best to use all of it at once because of difficulty sealing it up
Answer:	Yes - the product, when used correctly, kills them on a physical level by dehydrating them. It doesn't kill them by poisoning them like pesticides, so even super lice immune to the poisons in other products can't win against being dehydrated by this product. Just make sure you follow the instructions - it's very important that the hair is saturated and then dries completely for the process to work. Amazing product, has worked every time for us.
