Answer:	You could as it is recommended for the feet as well. Besides the genitals are very sensitive skin so it should be OK on tougher skin areas. But the label says it won't work on scalp or nails. I don't understand why this product has both Sepia 12X and tea tree oil in it. The 12X is indicative of a homeopathic concentration and tea tree oil is know as an antidote to homoepathics. Furthermore homeopathic remedies are for internal use. What is funny is tea tree oil is listed as the last inactive ingredient when in fact it is the only thing in the product that will affect fungus. I bought it before online before reading the label and used it but it was not very effective. I would just make up a 3-5% tea tree oil blend (Tisserand says dermal max is 15% but I would stay well below that for the scrotum. ) Although tea tree oil is a great anti-fungal do not put it on you genitals undiluted, it will blister you. I use a 5% solution for jock itch and it works much better than Monostat and the other OTC fungicides for me. I use sweet almond oil or jojoba oil for the carrier and add some lavender, spearmint, or wintergreen in the mix to improve the scent. Sorry if that is too much info. JH

It does smell good for an anti fungal cream.... mostly smells like lemons. It's more like a balm rather than "cream" as described. It isn't greasy when applied and leaves skin smooth like a lotion. Not sure how effective it is to "cure" fungal infections, but does provide a soothing affect on a rash, and is a good balm to use after applying an antifungal cream. I'd recommend to use it in conjunction with Clotrimazole anti fungal cream for best results.

Answer:	No this does not work the same as the orange container for feet. The orange can does not work on my itch. The yellow one is the only one that works for me. I use it for in the folds of skin under by lower belly and under my breast to help with the itch from sweating. If this is what you need it for. Trust only buy the yellow label variety.

Answer:	I've been using it for almost 2 months for a rash on my thigh near bikini area. Disappeared in 10-12 days! I work in vineyards and wearing work boots all the time caused toenail fungus and athlete's foot. Athletes foot went away within 2 weeks of applying 2xday. Toenail fungus is improving, but it requires patience and diligence. I think that is going to take months to clear but I will say that my nails aren't as thick as they were before I started using it...and the yellow color has gone away. Hubby had a deep crack on his finger (got worse after yanking on a hangnail) so I told him to apply it one night and he defintely noticed improvement by the next morning. Swears by it now and told me to keep ordering it even though expensive. It's been worth every penny, in our book!
