Being a Blue Star mom, I sent the pump bottles when shipping. MAYBE you can have these bags shipped in a box in a box to protect them. Call CS and ask them. Perhaps they will do this for the troops? Answer:	"Purell hand sanitizer is manufactured in Wooster and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and in France, according to the company." People are nervous about hand sanitizers, and rightfully so, after some foreign brands were found to be toxic. Before I bought these, I researched them because I am allergic to many chemicals found in various handwashes, wipes, and in many cosmetics. I would encourage you to check the EWG website, the watchdog group that discloses what is in our products and rates them according to toxicity, safety, and allergens. I check all of my products now with EWG before buying. BTW, Purrell wipes are made mostly in the USA according to the manufacturer, and some are made in France, which is part of the EU--the EU has much more stringent rules and regulations regarding the contents of personal products than we have in the US. I suspect your fear was products made in China, which these are not. I hope that helps.

Answer:	These, according to the company, have 70% alcohol. The other ingredients are water and glycerin but I encourage you to check the EWG Skindeep website. They analyze and disclose ingredients in thousands of products.
