Answer:	1. Try moving your bowels before administering coffee enema or 2. Do a water enema with a bit of celtic sea salt prior to coffee enema, no need to hold, release immediately, then administer the coffee enema. These methods both work for me & I experience very little to no cramping and can retain for the full 15 minutes. Hope this helps and wish you luck. Question:	Is it ok if I boiled for 15 min, and simmer for 10min
Answer:	I don't think a percolator would work because you need to boil off the oil for the first 4-5 minutes and then cover the pot and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. I use a medium size pot to make a large concentrated batch. I use 1.5 cups coffee to 10 cups water ( i add more water bc so much fluid evaporates). You Can Store This In the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to use, mix 1 cup coffee concentrate with 3 cups water. Good luck !

Question:	are your beans wet processed or natural processed
Answer:	Anthony, I have been using this coffee for about a year, my procedure is this, I boil 6 cups DISTILLED water, then I add 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of pure life coffee I let that boil about 15 mins stirring every few mins or so then I leave the hot coffee on the stove to cool, I make it befor work, then when I get home I know it is completely cooled! to strain the coffee I put A WIRE strainer over a mixing bowl {preferable one with a spout to make pouring easier I place paper towels over the wire strainer, Then Proceed to strain the coffee, you really want to make sure you try to prevent getting grounds in the strained coffee, then you can pour the coffee into an enema bottle {they are like a hot water bottle} a lot of the grounds have settled to the bottom of the pot by the time I get home. I get 3 to 4 enemas out of each batch I make. I do about 2 to 3 enemas per week. This really works and I have proff, 2 years ago my blood levels were all out of control high triglycerides, high ph, and all kind of bad stuff, I was developing infections in my mouth, and everywhere else, I started doing my enemas and last week I had my blood work done, and its perfect haven't had any sort of infection at all in over a year!

Answer:	Tis is a good question. Unfortunately I've only used the PureLife Enema Coffee. One think I do like is this one doesn't burn or irritate the colon.

Answer:	I am sure you can. I just pour boiling water over it in a French press and stir it a few times. When the temp has dropped the green coffee is very pale and the water is green. Is it normal for the coffee to leave a black, burnt smelling residue

Answer:

This is a light roast, while SA Wilson is green (it's also a little cheaper). One of my resources for detoxing is Dr. Lawrence Wilson. He has a couple of excellent books, my favorite is the one on using a near infrared sauna but includes his whole protocol. I don't necessarily endorse his whole metal detox protocol, but fully endorse his sauna recommendations. He does not recommend this coffee, or SA Wilson, or any green or light roast coffee for enemas. He likes bullet proof coffee, and evidence seems to indicate that a darker roast such as Bullet Proof may in fact be more beneficial, but I really have to investigate this further. (Look up Dr. Wilson Coffee Enemas for his article on this.) I do like that SA Wilson does not attack other brands like this brand did in their statement here. Many people following the Gerson protocol use SA Wilson and seem to like it. If I decide to go with a more traditional Gerson protocol then SA Wilson would probably be my enema coffee of choice. But since I'm using coffee enemas for a different kind of detox protocol I might follow Dr. Wilson's recommendations for a darker roast. There is a letter from the Pure life Health online to Dr. Wilson accusing him of slander only because he won't recommend their product. But he has his reasons which he is entitled to. SA Wilson did not send such a letter to Dr. Wilson demanding that he endorse their company. Please note I am not connected with any of these products or with Dr. Wilson. This is obvious by my 15+ years of reviews (I am nutritionist). You asked what the difference was between this product and SA Wilson. Other than these things I can't vouch for either product. However, since I am about to embark on coffee enemas myself (and hence why I was checking out this product) I will be requesting COA's from these companies along with Mam (the coffee actually endorsed by Gerson) as well as Bullet Proof Coffee and reading the scientific litterature before making a decision on green, vs light or darker roast. It'll be interesting to see all the lresponses. My 30+ years has proven some companies are very transparent and happily provide testing results, while others do not. I'll try to post reviews later. Note, this is only my opinion which I give from a personal perspective.

Answer:	This happens to me too if I let it cook too long. So I switched to rolling boil on high heat for 3 minutes (stirring about once a minute), then simmer on low for 15 minutes (stirring maybe 3-4 more times) and then I turn if off, secure the lid and let it steep for about 15 minutes before I strain it. Answer:	Now there's a question for your personal health practitioner. I would hesitate to make any statement, not knowing your situation, why it is you're thinking about regular enemas, etc. We got it for a limited period of coffee enemas as a part of a detox program, and it turned out that the system in question responded well initially, but that we had to terminate the program early due to negative effects. I would think if you are anticipating anything regular over a period of time you should consult someone who really knows you, and is recommending both the period between enemas and stating which solution you should use. There are many reasons why you might need to do an enema or series of them - and some why you would not want to. Best of luck - this is a well made product.
Question:	How to wash and sanitise the tube and tips
Answer:	You use antibacterial soap and warm water to scrub each pieces. Afterwards you can use undiluted 3% hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 2.5 hrs if you want to be 100% sure its sanitized properly. Rinse thoroughly because any remaining hydrogen peroxide can cause inflammation in your colon. Finally you just let it dry out away from direct sunlight.

Answer:	I can only speculate as to the true answer but the nozzle appears to be made of brass and the bucket a type of stainless although, I would not say the best or highest level of polished surfaces? There is an apparent issue that is causing it to create a certain amount of rust or a rust like residue that I believe is emanating from the edge of the hole for the nozzle to mount too. I think it can be improved with a better seal between the nozzle and bucket to prevent it from starting in the first place- such as a better washer that will correct the issue in my opinion? It now has a plastic washer and pipe tape for the nut that screws onto the nozzle but you can see rust residue around the fitting inside and out plus in the bottom and sides? I question the quality of the stainless steel and finish around the holes because it seems that stainless should resist rusting better than this? I have to scrub it clean and dry it well to help prevent it from use to use.

Answer:	I'm not an expert; but, I think what you are doing is detoxing. You may not necessarily feel anything, but good health feels pretty good every day, IMO.

Answer:	I would say not. The coffee is excellent. I have tried some others but like this the best. Once opened I do roll the top and use a clothes peg to keep it sealed.
