Answer:	When I first put it in the morning it makes my eyes tear, but a little later my eyes feel much better and I don’t have the tearing all day.

Answer:	No, it contains boric acid and sodium borate, which may be preservatives. I would never use eye drops without preservatives because of contamination and spoilage. To safely make preservative-free eye drops, you'd have to use an expensive filtered bottle or single-dose vials, which are expensive and wasteful.
Question:	Do these ones burn like some of the other Rohto drops
Answer:	These feel the same as other Rohto drops. The same sensation. But I call the sensation cooling, not burning. I find it quite refreshing, and is the reason I use Rohto drops. If you did not like the previous Rohto drops, do not buy these. My opinion.
Question:	Does this compare to rest Restasis? Work as well
Answer:	I have used Restasis as prescribed for a year with very little results. The purple Rohto has been MUCH, MUCH more effective for me. Best eye drops I have tried and I have tried a lot of them.

Question:	I thought it was 3 packs and ordered it. but i only got one pack. what should i do
Answer:	This couch in the sofa size ships in two boxes and measures 31 inches wide once assembled. If you need to fit it through small doorways, we recommend moving the boxes into that room before assembling the couch and then disassembling a portion of it when you need to move it to a new room. Question:	what Is the quantity of eye drops with purchase
Answer:	The one box had the cushions and the other has the frame. Everything was easy to assemble (slide together) and the legs screwed on. They came in two rectangular boxes I would say at least 36” height and maybe 15” wide. It would be a snug fit getting the contents in a 24” door even if you took the items out individually.

Answer:	The only way that a bulb can stay dimly lit is if it’s getting power. It has nothing to do with the bulb itself. A bulb that is turned off (as in not getting power) can’t stay lit...

Answer:	In my experience, it only works to connect a mini display port source to a vga reciever. So I don’t think it would work to turn the surface into an extra monitor for another computer. It would work to connect an external monitor to the surface though.

Answer:	I ordered my bottle of Thera Tears on 1/31/14. The expiration date on the bottle is 11/2015. So it looks like the shelf life is close to 2 years.

Question:	Looks like they changed the formula when they recently changed the packaging...Is this still preservative free? I can't find where it says that on box
Answer:	This whole "preservative free" business is very strange. I have been purchasing the "old" packaging for several years now and purchased it specifically because it was PRESERVATIVE FREE as recommended by my Ophthalmologist. Now the new packaging doesn't say Preservative Free on he front of the package but if you take time to look all over the outer box it says that it is PRESERVATIVE FREE IN THE EYE. What does THAT mean. So I called the number on the package and was told by the person who answered the phone that it is the same formula but it can't be preservative free in the bottle because you are always taking the lid on and off the bottle. So it is preservative free as it hits the eye. Figure that out. I can't. The "old" bottle which is what they say is the same formula doesn't say anything about not being preservative free as it hits the eye. So I went to the website where it says, "NOW you can get preservative free in a bottle." WHAT? I thought it was the same formula. Was it not preservative free before, but just said so on the package? What they are claiming now is that the only TRUE Preservative Free eye drops are in the individual vials which of course you can purchase. I used to buy those before they changed the vials so that now you cannot put the top back on if you don't use the entire amount. I don't know what everyone else thinks, but this whole thing sounds very "fishy" to me. I haven't opened the new box I just received from Amazon and don't think I will do that until I get an answer from my Ophthalmologist to see if she can shed any light on this situation.
