Answer:	If you have this for personal use in your home you might get away with using it multiple times. If you are using it in a work environment it is single-use only per OSHA and FDA regulations. Two reasons: once you open the cap the contents cannot stay sterile; and for emergency eye flushing you are likely to use all of one or more bottles anyway.

Answer:	If it has the tiny white flip-off cap, it is the old version. If it has a large push-off blue cap, it is the newer version. Both are impossible for me to get off. I hope B&L designers end up with arthritis in their thumbs !!

Answer:	That's not listed on the bottle. Main ingredient is 98.3% purified water and inactive ingredients are boric acid, sodium borate and sodium chloride but no percentages are listed for those. I like the product and it works wonderfully to relieve allergic itching in my eyes. Not expensive and it's a large bottle 32 fl oz.

Answer:	The ones I received did have a screw off lid, however to be sterile - they are designed with the intent of single use as an emergency eye was. I have found typically in an emergency eyewash situation, most of the liquid is used anyways.

Answer:	I am sorry but the percentage of tea tree oil is not listed on the package. However, I have found it very helpful for cleansing the eyelids and eyelashes daily.

Answer:	Be sure you have clean dry hands and shake the can prior to use. It's a foam. Just put a small puff of foam on your one hand and apply to both lids. Be sure to massage between your lashes softly with your fingers to let the foam work. Let it sit for 60 seconds. Then wipe off with a cool wash cloth. Do this once or twice daily. It really helps. I also apply it to my eyebrows because micro-organisms grow there that can effect the eyes and can be eliminated by this treatment. My eyes feel much better after washing with this product. Answer:	A straw remains in the bottom of the water bottle. The user squeezes the flexible water bottle sides and the water travels up the straw, through the channels in the cap, out toward the eye, is collected in the molded cup and flows out the holes in the cup onto your hand and not on your clothes. Yes, just pouring the water on your face could also work. If I were in a situation where I needed to clear my precious vision, I would choose to not waste the water getting everything wet but instead put the water to work where it can do the most good. Your choice.

Answer:	I use daily so opened container usually lasts me about 3-4 weeks. The cap is very tight and I rinse the eye cup with each use. No problems with the wash going bad...for me.

Answer:	I'm not absolutely certain, but it throughly washes out the eye, and your eyes feel so much better, so I would say yes, even though I never used it specifically for that purpose, I used it for dryness.

Answer:	I have used this eye wash daily for the past two years on my Lhasa. He loves seeing me pick up the bottle because he knows his eyes will be moisturized and refreshed.
