I wouldn't think they'd be for under 5-6 minimum.They are graduated bell shaped "pellets" with a thin plastic strip/cord running from one to the other. They really do block out the noise. I always keep a pair in my purse for travel and I've used them for a number of years now for sleep. They're wonderful! |

| Answer: | I bought these to protect my ears from my husband's snoring. Not only do they work well, but they are comfortable, and I don't notice them. However, the cord breaks fairly easily (you don't really need it when sleeping in them, anyway), and over time, the smallest flange will pop out. The first pair I tried lasted about 9 months. Since several come in a pack, you should be good to go. These do block out sounds really well, and are my favorites of the several types I've tried. |

| Answer: | Yes, they are soft and do not make my ear canals ache in the morning. They are made with soft foam, unlike other brands.They DO NOT fall out if put in correctly. The only downside to them is that you can only use them a couple of times before you need to use a new pair. They are so soft that they wear out quickly. |
