Answer:	I went to their website to check for you and it said to use the product well diluted. I would not be afraid to use this oil from making toothpaste you are not going to be using that much oil. I use the cinnamon oil in lip balm for flavor and as a natural lip plumper and have had no problems. I use the peppermint in homemade joint pain reliever cream. It is a great product line. Answer:	I think you should do some research. I've read that it aids in digestion, but there could be side effects if you are taking medication. It is very potent. It could also cause heartburn.

Question:	Can these oils be used in Oil burners/diffusers
Answer:	Sneha C., yes, they can be. I have been using Eucalyptus EO, and Stress Relief in both a tea candle diffuser, & a diffuser purchased from a friend that uses a small lightbulb. Both have been wonderful. The candle diffuser I used water, & the lightbulb diffuser I just added the EO to the melted wax that had no scent left.Enjoy & good luck to you!
Question:	How is this oil distilled? Steam distillation is usually healthier than when solvents are used
Answer:	I said to use distilled water in your humidifier. The essential oils aren't distilled, yet they are pure ingredients! I absolutely love them! They can also be used on the skin for relief from other ailments. If you order from them, you will receive a detailed booklet about this.
Question:	do you know if this is therapeutic grade
Answer:	Yes it is a therapeutic grade
Question:	Is it OK to mix the oils from 2 different bottles/scents into the same diffuser
Answer:	I'm sure it would be ok, but the bigger question is, "What are you trying to accomplish with your diffuser?" If you want the oils for their healing properties, I would only diffuse one at the time. Breathe easier is my favorite, the fragrance is very mild and pepperminty. If you are just wanting to make a custom scent, there are other diffuser scents out there that are cheaper and custom mixed, and will not cost as much as these 100% pharm. grade oils. Most libraries have a book or two on oils, good luck!

Answer:	No difference that I've noticed
Question:	Could it be used to get rid of house geckos
Answer:	See your local pound and get a cat. They love to hunt, catch, and kill geckos.
Question:	Can I mix this oil with a deep treatment for hair to fulfill a peppermint smell
Answer:	I am sorry but I purchased this for my mom who has severe headaches and this helps her tremendously. The scent lasts quite awhile so if put in hair I would think the smell would last.
Question:	Does this comes with a dropper? And have anyone used it on spiders? Thanks
Answer:	It doesn't have a dropper, but there's a plastic insert in the mouth of the bottle, like comes in bottles of olive oil, to make pouring easier. I put it on cotton balls in my kitchen and have seen much less pests and bugs, but haven't applied directly to a spider. Hope this helped!

Answer:	For children under 10 years old, we generally recommend a 1% dilution rate: 5-6 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrierFor healthy adults, we recommend a 3% dilution rate: 3% dilution = 15-18 drops of essential oil per 2 Tbsp. of carrier
Question:	Does anyone use this for temple pain aka migraines
Answer:	Yes, Head Ease can be rubbed on the temples to alleviate migraines. We recommend checking customer's product reviews of Head Ease Synergy blend.
Question:	Can I pour this in a roller bottle and use it directly on my skin
Answer:	You can put in a roller bottle and mix with a carrier oil but I don't have any issues using a couple drops of this formula without a carrier oil and just use out of the original bottle.

Question:	Where is this tea tree oil made? Where does it come from
Answer:	Our Tea Tree essential oil is from Australia.
Question:	Is this good for removing skin tags
Answer:	That was the purpose for buying it, however, the odor is so offensive and lingering that I was only able to use it two successive days. Unfortunately, I can't that question.
Question:	How's the shelf life? How do I know if it goes bad
Answer:	I can't scientifically tell you about shelf life. In my own experience I've had bottles last well over a year. This oil is highly effective and a little goes a long way, it does have a strong scent, you might want to base it's efficacy on the fact the scent is still strong. I use it on scrapes, cuts, psoriasis patches, etc. basically any skin issue. Best oil I've ever used for these purposes.
Question:	What is the definition of 'therapeutic grade
Answer:	'therapeutic grade' means that an essential oil has been carefully distilled to retain the maximum amount of constituents that have therapeutic effects. There is no 'official' meaning of 'therapeutic grade', as there is no agency that oversees the quality of essential oils in the United States. However, 'therapeutic grade' is recognized as a standard that should be upheld by the essential oil industry to ensure you get the maximum benefits possible from the oils you purchase. We believe this is of the utmost importance in selecting oils.
