| Answer: | They are tangerine, lemon, and orange pure essential oil. There are no carrier oils in the mix. If you use on your skin be sure to use with carrier oil and not directly on your skin. |

| Answer: | I can't tell you about whether it helps with smokers, but it helps in my classroom with BO issues from students. Some of them make me gag, but the essential oils in the diffuser solved my problem :) |

| Answer: | I only have the tangerine and on the back of the bottle, it says the benefits are cheerful, inspiring and invigorating. I would add uplifting! These are good starter oils, I don't think you will be disappointed, especially if you are only using them in a diffuser. |
