The hole is such that you could not fit a dropper into it. The top of the bottle is such that you can tip it and only a drop or a few will come out with manual control.

Answer:	Yes to both of those uses. However, it's a bit expensive to use for frying. I use it to season cast iron. It does a great job, creates a hard, slippery surface that holds up well. It does require multiple coats to really make a non-stick surface. I bake pans, etc. at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Answer:	Bear in mind that pretty much any gelcaps or otherwise lipid 'pills' don't even come close to the typical serving size of the actual oil product. So, you'd have to take roughly 12+ capsules per day to come close to equating the amounts of Alpha-Lenolenic, Alpha-Lenoleic, and Oleic acids (Omege -3, -6, and -9) you'd get in a tablespoon of the flaxseed oil in this instance. I can understand that a lot of folks can't deal with taking a tablespoon of oil twice a day and believe that they're getting the same dose in a lipid capsule, but that just isn't true. Just take a tablespoon of the oil and chase it with juice or better yet, just blend it into a smoothie or something. As long as it isn't heated (i.e. cooked), you're fine. I think the caps are a waste of money, unless you're willing to take 12+ caps at a time or daily... twice a day. Oh, the oil has a much higher bioavailability rate than a capsule, so there's another reason to just go with the oil :)

Answer:	Sure they can! We bought 3 diffusers in different colors and styles, so family members can create their own fragrance in their bedrooms, according to their own preferences. We agree on only some spray and/or candle scents so this was the best solution for us. Answer:	This is a great starter kit. I like the variety. I was so curious to smell them that I immediately opened all of the bottles. All the bottles had a tight seal except one. They have alot of fragrance. I had to wash my hands several times to get rid of the smell from sage. I just had to put some cinnamon drops on my kids diaper pail, it made a diference. Before I had purchased from Now, making a comparison, they seem just as good to me. I can't wait to experiment with the other oils.

Essential oils are volatile compounds, that means that they break down quickly in normal atmosphere, not that they're super dangerous, but they can be. Stay hydrated and avoid overexposure to skin and inhalation except when it's clearly safe. Even then stay hydrated, as breathing a-lot of volatiles is dehydrating, and overexposure is unhealthy. Look up the specific essential according to its latin name on the internet and take dilution precautions as recommended for lip balm or gloss; not all eo's are safe to ingest, but some are. Answer:	You are correct! There is an overlying fragrance that is put in all these different varieties. They may use 100% lemon, but only use 5% of lemon plus 95% of some perfumed fragrance. The line in my opinion is garbage. Try using the brand NOW. Their lemon is 100% lemon and smells like you just cut open a lemon.

Linens and clothes spray: Add 5- 7 drops of an oil or oil blend of your choice to a 4 oz spray bottle of water.

AROMATHERAPY

Diffuser: Add 5-7 drops of an oil or oil blend of your choice to diffuser.

Cleaning: Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wood flooring. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops lemon essential oil.

MASSAGE

Massage: Use a few drops of lemongrass and lavender, mixed with an unscented lotion during a relaxation massage.
