Suction Cupping principals.

Suction Cups produce vacuums on the body's surface by manually withdrawing the air through the suction gun, rather than the traditional way of burning up oxygen. If you think of massage in terms of positive pressure (pressing in on body tissues), then you can think of Massage Suction Cupping as a negative pressure, drawing body tissues outward from the body, to stimulate them with a reverse massage. The skin is pressed up against the magnetic "needles" or points, when they are used.

Massage Suction Cupping is a modernized form of Cupping therapy. It adopts a suction gun to produce a negative air pressure vacuum inside cups which have been placed on the skin. Question:	can these be used on your neck and face
Answer:	If you use them on your neck for a long period of time (or any part of your body) they may create large red circles like hickies. So unless you are comfortable with that and the pain is too much I say go for it. If you use it on your face I would suggest for less than a minute. Or use oil and move the cups around. Question:	Are these movable so you can massage with them
Answer:	Yes! They are thick silicone, if you put oil on the skin they do slide. They pop off a bit easier than fire cups, but a lot easier to suction back in quickly. I use them to slide/massage they work great.
Question:	How often would these need to be replaced? Is there a number of uses
Answer:	The silicon cups are very durable. That s why I went with them instead of rubber or plastic. I have no idea if I will ever need to replace them. I wash them after each use and have not noticed any change in durability.

Answer:	I have washed mine in the dishwasher on the top shelf and they are fine. I don't use the dry cycle
