Answer:	It's perfect for legs/feet when you have arthritis & can't bend to reach those areas! I apply "body butter" from a tube then roll it on using the tube that's a bit curved. Tube is washable & can rotate in any direction.I've tried other products but THIS one works the best (especially for wheelchair)...glides over ankles. Crevices, bottom/top of foot, length of legs, behind knees...well worth the price! And can do back...also good for suntan lotion 🤗

Answer:	I know it applies coconut body cream very well. I have sent this to 5 members of my family and they love it as much as I do. I am sure it will work with Ben gay. Answer:	It does not have a foam pad. The pad is plastic and is ever so slightly rounded. I put the lotion on the pad and extend the handle and rub it on my back. It works great. The pad cleans up very easily, just wipe it clean.

Answer:	Yes it is, and initially, the pad sticks well to it. However, after you've used it awhile and need to replace it, when you try to remove the old pad it leaves a layer of sticky stuff, like cellophane tape, that's a mess to remove. This could be my fault, since I didn't replace the pad until it started falling off. Anyway, I've solved the problem by jerry rigging some fabric over it and tying it around the handle. Works just fine now.

Question:	How do these pads stick to the applicator? Do they come with adhesive of some kind on them
Answer:	They are full surface peel and stick. I won't be using them because they weren't for the applicator I had ordered. I used Amazon's "frequently purchased together" suggestion thinking they did work to know that the refills fit the applicator. But not at all. So a waste and I wouldn't know if they stick well or not.
Question:	How do I get the back paper off the pad to "stick" it on? I cannot get even the tinniest spot to "release" so I can peel it off
Answer:	I had the same problem until discovering the paper can be released from the edge of the rounded tab, but not the oblong tab. At least that is true on all three of the pads in the order I received. I am now happy with the product and will order again.

Answer:	Yes, it's a 3 pack only. They didn't fit my applicator so I don't how they worked. Make sure they fit yours. They are small and thin and to me they don't look like they are worth the $8.00.

Answer:	I have this mat as well as the Pranamat eco, and yes, they do feel differently. This mat comes with more needles and even though they are sharper the resulting pressure feels more uniform; it feels sharp initially and then warm and slightly tingly (sort of like very mild electric stimulation) after about 15 min of application. Pranamat feels prickly initially and then as you're getting used to the sensation it gradually feels softer but there's no warmth. I find this mat much more effective and therefore end up using it more often than my pranamat (although that one definitely wins in the looks department). Hope this helps!

Answer:	This is non-absorbent, which was perfect for me since I use it to apply sunless tanning lotion onto my back. I did not want the product wasted by absorbing into the applicator. You may want to choose an absorbing applicator to mimic a wash cloth.
