Question:	Is there enough to do more than one vehicle
Answer:	No, the contents in the Headlight Restoration Kit are for one vehicle (two headlights).
Question:	I messed up on one headlight on the 3rd stage. Do I have to start the process all over on that headlight
Answer:	I did the same this. The clear coat pad is to be applied quickly and efficiently with one stroke continuing until you have applied on entire headlight once. So to answer your question you will only need to sand down the clear coat and reapply. If you contact the company they may help you out with sale of another stage 3 application. They are a very good company. If not it wouldn’t be bad to purchase another kit. It’s definitely worth it.

Answer:	According to the box..... (I didn't open it since they are sealed) The Kit Contains: 4oz PlasTX Polish 2.5oz G2402 Headlight Coating Wool Pad 2 Finishing Discs Sanding Pad Foam Applicator pad. This sounds to me like all the various pads and product, but not the metal drill bit holder that you'll need.

What the kit doesn’t say is the left over polish and sealant is to keep it up for 1-3 years. If you’re in AZ, CA, TX, NV or NM. I tends to run every 7 months but all it needs for maintenance is PlastX and a nice clear coat. (See their spray can)

How-To

Step 1

• Start with a headlight cleaning. Remove dirt and dust with a glass cleaner and microfiber towel and mask around the headlight.

Step 2

• Attach the 1000 grit disc to the hand pad, dunk the disc into water or spray water directly onto the disc, and repeat this periodically to ensure that the pad stays wet.

Step 3

• Sand side to side until the headlight has a uniform frosted appearance and wipe dry with a microfiber towel. Repeat this process with the 3000 grit disc, but work up and down instead of side to side.

Step 4

• Follow with PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish and the included wool pad on a standard corded drill (between 1200 and 2500 RPMs) to polish the plastic back up to clarity. Work in thoroughly using moderate pressure for 1-2 minutes and wipe off with a microfiber towel. If needed, repeat this multiple times until the lens is clear.

Step 5

• Spray with glass cleaner and wipe with a microfiber towel before applying the headlight coating for protection. Shake well and apply a medium coat of the headlight coating to the entire surface of the headlight, overlapping your passes by 50%. Allow to cure for 3-5 minutes and then apply a second coat for a thorough seal. The headlight coating will then be fully cured after 24 hours.

Answer:	I purchased 2 kits and had enough materials to easily do all 3 vehicles; probably could have done a 4th.It has been about 18 months since I did the first, and it still looks great.The final step, the Clear Coat, will harden in the opened bottle over time.I suggest using up the entire kit within 2-4 months.
Question:	Should you apply this product indoors or in the shade
Answer:	It says to either apply in the shade or in an enclosed area. I applied it outside on an over cast day. An hour after I applied it the Sun came out. Two hours after that it rained. The application survived and I haven't had any problems even though my conditions were not advisable.
Question:	How long do the results last
Answer:	While this kit did an excellent job of restoring my headlights, it took me about an hour to do each side as I tend to be very meticulous when maintaining my vehicle. I took extra care to ensure the product was applied as designed and that application process achieved excellent results. However, my lenses started losing the clear coat finish after about 12 months. My vehicle is garaged kept 7x24 (with climate control) and only driven about 6,000 miles per year.

Step 1 - Apply Surface Activator

Wash the headlight lenses and then spray Surface Activator--a proprietary surface corrosion softener only from Sylvania, generously onto each headlight lens until they are completely covered. Step 2 - Sand And Polish

Apply the clarifying compound using even circular motions. Rinse and dry. Reapply the Surface Activator for 30 seconds and rinse with water. You’ll be amazed at how clear the lenses will already be.

Step 3 - UVB Clear Coat Application

Insure all moisture is removed from on and around the headlight lens. You’ll then apply the UV Block Clear Coat. It’s simple. Just apply as instructed in smooth, even applications. This UV Block Clear coat is a specially formulated polymer coating with active and passive UV blockers. This is the component that gives you long-lasting results.

Before and After Results

The left side of the headlight lens is hazy and sun damaged, inhibiting your headlight from functioning properly. The right side of the headlight lens has been treated with the SYLVANIA Headlight Restoration Kit. Answer:	Additional disks are available at their eStore for $2.99 for a complete set. I’m probably going to order a couple sets, myself.

Answer:	Yes it includes a polishing attachment. One thing to have handy is a spray bottle of water with a small amount of soap in it to lubricate the mechanical actions and cleanup

Answer:	About 45 days on my honda. I drive about 100 miles each day, and it stands up pretty well through all the highway miles. To re-apply the polish and re-seal takes about 15 mins, and their luster came right back!
Question:	how many uses can i get out of this kit
Answer:	I found that the 1st two sanding discs loaded up quickly with the plastic and actually marked the lens . I tried an alternate approach for the first 2 discs and used toothpaste generously and a 1 1/2 inch rotary brush on my drill. Toothpaste is a mild abrasive compound . This worked fantastic and I finished up with the 3000 grit disc and the wax. There was no wear on the 3000 grit disc so you could do many many lights using this method. Just have to buy the rotary brush . I had one from a previous Amazon purchase.

Answer:	Worked good on my 2000 ford
Question:	Messed up putting on the two step process. How do you correct this
Answer:	Mine "looked" like it was messed up after the first part (the abrasive portion of the process). I thought it wouldn't clean up, so I used toothpaste (mild abrasive). It still didn't look good. But, I finally applied the final polishing solution and voilla! It looked awesome! I suspect although it looked bad, the second part of the process cleaned it up. Maybe, the toothpaste was unnecessary. I heard about negative results with other Toyotas, like my Tacoma, however, my issue was resolved. I hope your issue is resolved as well. If not, I'd try a different brand and re-do it.
Question:	I used this last night without realizing it will rain today. Directions on the spray says to wait 24 hours before exposing to water. Am I in trouble
Answer:	If it looks fine you should be fine. The 24 hour recommendation is very conservative to cover all environments and situations. If it dried for a few hours it may be totally fine.

Answer:	No it is not a stupid question. I got confused too in the beginning. You use the gray (rough) side of the pad. The headlight looks little hazy after the application. But the spray brings the shine back.

Answer:	Yes, you can just watch your speed. I use about 1/2 speed and worked just fine.

Answer:	I believe it includes all the parts in the picture except the drill. It includes a drill attachment that holds the abrasive discs. The 3 lowest grit discs are scrubbing pads of different coarseness, not sandpaper. The other discs are sandpaper with multiple copies of the grits. Some of the grits are so fine (10,000) you don't need them.

Answer:	No don’t use compound of the pad. First use the rough pad 400, spray water, wipe with rugs , next 600, spray wipe rugs next 1000 spray water wipe with rugs until very clear spray the coating two times.

Answer:	I had some pretty good size holes in my 1978 datsun 280z. One hole was about 8 inches long by an inch wide. The rest were quarter size and a few larger like tennis ball size. I was very very pleased with the por15 floor pan kit. It took several layers of the metal mesh. Follow the instructions. Do one layer. Wait a day then do another layer of metal mesh. Repeat until your floor is solid. I also put a layer underneath and then frame rail caps. Could not be happier with the results.

Answer:	Depends how many times you wash it the weather I'd say 6 to 7 months depending a lot of things. I wasn't happy at all with this kit.

Question:	Does this require drill machine ? Can I do the rubbing process with my hands
Answer:	You can polish the lens by hand if it is not severely damaged like mine was. I tried to do it by hand at first, but after about 20 minutes and a sore hand, I realized that the lens was too far gone. I used an orbital sander with very fine wet or dry sandpaper (600 grit) and kept it wet with the lubricant supplied. It worked much faster and the results were much more satisfactory. Once most of the oxidation was removed and the lens appeared somewhat clear, I resorted to manual method as recommended on the kit. The lens appeared quite clear following that treatment. To complete the job, I used an electric buffer, placing the polishing compound on the pad. The lens polished up clear as new in a few minutes, but it does make a mess. You can also do that manually also but it is much easier to use the buffer. Once I applied the two coats of sealer, the lens looked brand new.
Question:	Is there anyway to only buy only the sealer? The single pack sealer kind of dry up before using on my 2nd headlight. Now 1 is clear while other hazy

Answer:	There is a life time warranty that comes with the Sylvania kit if your headlights become foggy again, only if you register online. I also noticed it shows whats in the box, whereas Turtle Wax does not. Sylvania kit has more cloths to use, and Turtle Wax has small scratch/buff pads. It still worked great for such a bargain.
