| Answer: | For Ford F150 owners: (mine is a 2013) Your LEDs are mounted wrong if you don't trim the tab on the assembly. You have to trim the small tab on one of the alignment pins on the side of the assembly that lock it into the headlight housing. If you look at the three tabs, they are identical in size except for the one that is supposed to be larger which you can tell was designed to be removed because it is just a thin extension to the tab. take a new razor blade and slice it off. Then insert the LED assembly into the head light housing with the silver metal tab/cover with the wire coming out of it at the 12 o'clock and turn to the right to reinstall it in the headlight housing and walla, the LED's are facing left and right like they are supposed to be. I installed mine as they came, and all the light was straight down on the ground almost, and gaps all in the light. |

| Answer: | I re-driled mine, the silver box on the back where the wires exit is the bottom, so orient accordingly. A #53 drill bit is the perfect size, insert into drill chuck so only about 1/4" protrudes. Remove screw, twist white plastic sleeve to match current bulb orientation and drill the aluminum at the bottom of the hole in the plastic sleeve. Reinstall screw ( carefully, you're making new threads...don't strip the Phillips head) and install bulb. The shaft must be vertical, the LED's point left & right. Takes 10 minutes per bulb. |

Simply pull open your fuse box located in the front or back of your vehicle. On the back of the fuse box cover, there should be a fuse box diagram. Though some fuses simply have the number embossed in the plastic and not painted. More importantly, fuse boxes often are located in the dark recesses under a dashboard or in a dirty engine bay where they can be difficult to read. Some examples of a 10amp switched fuse are dome light, door aux, foot well, radio fuse, or accessory fuse. | Answer: | Hello!This is something that can be resolved by the installation order/manner. Since each control box is its own "brain", it will have its own cycle *timer* and *memory*. In order to have all the colors fade or cycle in unison, you can manually adjust the color coordination.Basically, the user will need to adjust one control box at a time to make sure they all start on the same Speed/brightness/color.1. First, select the special mode (Strobe, Fade, Cycle) that you are interested in syncing individually, and adjust the speed to its slowest.2. Then wait for a color that you desire to appear (such as *green*) and switch to a solid color so the *green* is locked in that particular mode.3. Then disconnect the power from the control box so it will not respond to the remote while this syncing process is being carried out.Repeat this for as many control boxes as they are trying to sync, one by one. Once this step is done for all control boxes, then reconnect the power to all control boxes. By now, pressing the desired color function should return the same color and flash/change at the same speed.If you desire the Strobe, Fade and Cycle function to match, repeat steps 1-2 for all functions on the same control box, then disconnect the power. As for solid colors not matching across multiple kits, you need to simply press the desired color again and the kits will change to the appropriate matching color. |

| Answer: | wrong, opt7 only recommends 4 per control box as there are only 4 inputs which include the 4 lights that come with that kit, i have purchased 4 different kits and have run into this problem, i have replaced the control boxes and still saem problem, i agree i wish opt 7 made control boxes to be able to hook up all lights to 1 box so they all are synced to same color features https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTqI05h-NkQ |
