“This is one of our favorite recipes to serve during Hanukkah. We make them as a family

and look forward to celebrating together. The kids love them with applesauce and the adults

seem to prefer the sour cream. No matter what you choose, these are delicious!”

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except oil and garnish together. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour about one tablespoon of batter for each pancake into hot oil and fry until golden. Top with a dollop of sour cream or applesauce.

Quick Tip

Whip up deviled eggs in no time by combining ingredients in a plastic zipping bag instead of a bowl. Blend by squeezing the bag, then snip o. a corner and pipe the filling into the egg white halves.

Plan Ahead

“This cupcake arrangement makes an American flag for the perfect Fourth of July celebration or Memorial Day event.”

Directions:

Beat sugar and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until yellow disappears after each addition. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda in a small bowl; add to sugar mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat at medium speed just until blended after each addition.

Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling 2⁄3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on a wire rack 10 minutes.

Remove cupcakes from pans to wire rack; cool 45 minutes or until completely cool. Spread frosting on cupcakes. Immediately decorate with desired red, white and blue sprinkles. Place cupcakes on plate in a flag pattern.

2. Compare your measurements to manufacturer size chart. Please allow a little room to avoid a too-snug fit.

3. If you wish to include a journal or study book, consider selecting a size larger.

4. Please recognize that not all Bibles will fit correctly within the chart specifications. For example to accommodate a thicker spine, you may be left with an inch or more in the width or height causing your Bible to shift too much within the case.

Answer:	Depending on how long and thick the note pad is, you can use any type of notepad from here on Amazon, or any store the sells writing materials.
Question:	My study bible is 5.3 x 1.6 x 8.3 inches, do you recommend the medium or large bible organizer

Question:	My Founders Bible is 9.5" x 7.5" x 2" - the same size as the Life Application Bible mentioned, but this is larger than the size listed. Will if fit
Answer:	I'm not sure this answers your question or not but my bible (HCSB Study Bible) was the exact mesurement of the tri-fold cover and it was too small. I couldn't get it to close after I tucked it in the sleeves.
Question:	I am left handed and it appears the notepad is on the right. Can this be flipped around that the notepad is on the left side
Answer:	Yes, the notepad can be flipped. The notepad is held in place by a sleeve that is open on the top and bottom (or if you flipped it, then bottom and top...). The only thing is that the little piece of elastic that holds the pen, next to the note pad is only on the upper right (so if you flipped it, the pen would only be held in place on the lower left - not sure that that is a problem.
