Answer:	Update: Not sure if they updated the description or I just missed it, but they claim to be non gmo in the listing and on a can in a customer photo, so they have that going for them at least. I personally would still avoid because of the Sucralose. Original Answer: You need to do your own research, everyone has a different idea of what is 'safe' for them. It does contain Sucralose which one thing I just read said it's safe in 'normal' amounts but in the past several sweeteners were found to be concerning (possibly cancerous) so I am doing more research. But I don't use fake sugar so I won't be buying either way. It's also not USDA organic so it may contain pesticide residue and GMO's which some people are concerned about. I don't think it's the worse thing out there but it's not suitable for me.

Answer:	The package does not say it is Vegan. It contains wheat, soy and milk and a variety of spices
