Answer:	As far as I know -- no. The black coating appears to be baked on and durable. Of course, we haven't had the scarf rack very long -- less than a year -- so it hasn't seen a great deal of use yet. I think that as long as lightweight items (scarves, ties) are used with it then the finish should hold up for a long time. However, anything heavy or abrasive (leather belts, studded apparel, chains or heavy necklaces) would likely increase the wear factor.

Answer:	Yes, the 2 dates alone amount to 12 grams of sugar. Not for diabetic or antiinflammatory diets. That's a whole days worth of sugar for me. Yet, it is all natural and dates have fiber and other nutrients too. Still so much better than a candy bar. I just wish they cut one date for the blueberry, which has 17(!) grams sugar. One less date and one more blueberry, I think would make it more level with the other flavors.

Answer:	October 2019: The price of an 18 bar box went up app. 33% within a couple weeks time. I paid $12.24 per box for 2 boxes last month, and a couple weeks later, I paid $12.24 per box for 4 boxes. Single (18 unit) boxes were $12.24 each. A few days ago, I visited the same Amazon site, and the price had increased to $16.64 I wrote a product review, complementing the product, but questioning the high increase in price. Amazon sent me an email, saying that my review was now posted. When I looked for it, the site shows a general 4star review (for this 18 unit box), with over 2,000 reviews. However, NO REVIEWS (including mine) ARE POSTED. Instead, it says "be the first to review this product". I am an appreciative and motivated Prime customer, and buy many things from Amazon. But this situation and lack of response or info from Amazon seems like a way to slip in a higher cost without taking responsibility or even an explanation to me. Since the product is made in Canada, not China, this is not related to the current tariff issues. Jeez Amazon, I would have appreciated a response instead of having to address the issue here. The price increase seemed very steep. And what gives with your not posting any of the 2,000+ reviews. Did mine cause you to "start over"?

Answer:	Yes... kinda. Whey is to milk as celery is to broth. When making broth, a singular ingredient, you boil a bunch of other ingredients together. Celery doesn’t contain broth, but broth contains celery. If you are sensitive to dairy you’re probably not sensitive to milk as a whole. You’re likely sensitive to a component of dairy: casein, lactose, whey, etc... Just like someone allergic to celery isn’t allergic to the broth itself and could comfortably eat chicken, in spite of it also being an ingredient in broth. There can be residual casein or lactose in your whey powder if it wasn’t processed well, but whey itself doesn’t have every component of dairy in it.

Answer:	It’s not the controller. My son thought so too until we plugged it in correctly. Pay attention to the little arrows on the power cord. It should be turned so that it is at the top when you plug the strip into it. You don’t see that in the instructions. It’s here by the product description pictures of how to connect everything.
