Answer:	The label says the dried mango contains sugar but that is the only mention of sugar in the ingredients so it must be a very tiny bit. You can see the label on the Amazon site. Happy eating!

Answer:	Expiration dates are stamped on the back towards the lower part of the package (under the clear opening to view product). BEWARE of this when you get your shipment! I ordered 2 packages and immediately opened mine to have some without checking the date and the stale odor hit me in the face!! Just received 01/25/2021 and the Best By date is: 05/12/2021. Still a little time left doesn't necessarily mean they will still taste good!!!!

Ingredients: Scoop of Trail Mix flavor NUTS FOR PROTEIN; tbs melted butter; cup of finely chopped apples; tsp baking soda; (1/2) cup of peanut butter; tsp vanilla; (3/4) cup milk; egg; cup of gluten free flour; (1, 1/2) cups of oats; (1/2) cup brown sugar; tsp cinnamon; Directions: Preheat oven to (375) degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then place in a greased x pan. These will bake for (23)-(25) minutes then allow to cool before cutting.

Chocolate Almond Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: Bag of almond kisses; scoop of Chocolate Almond flavor NUTS FOR PROTEIN; cup of peanut butter; (1/2) tsp baking soda; (1/2) tsp vanilla; (1/3) cup sugar; (1/3) cup brown sugar; egg; pinch of salt; Directions: Preheat oven to (350) degrees. Mix all ingredients except the kisses in a large bowl. Shape dough into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. These will bake for -(10) minutes and once they come out of the oven, place the almond kiss in the center.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients: Scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor NUTS FOR PROTEIN; very ripe bananas; eggs; cup of peanut butter; (1/2) cup cocoa powder; (1/2) tsp baking soda; (1/4) teaspoon baking powder; dash of salt; tbs honey; cup dark chocolate chips; Directions: Preheat oven to (350) degrees. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until very well combined. Pour batter in muffin liners and bake for approximately (25) minutes. Allow to cool for (10) minutes before removing them from muffin tin.

Answer:	Not crunchy really. I like crunchy, crusty texture foods. So I know of what I speak. But these are not as moist as some either. Can you try a four pack from the local first maybe to see if these suit? I liked these - especially cocoa - just ate an almond or two with them to power up cleanly. But I don’t do much sugar and they do have some, too much for me at times.

That's why I prefer the banana bread-flavored bars--now THOSE are strong-flavored bars. Answer:	6 ‘bowes’ per shipment, each ‘bowes’ contains 7 bars, 2.12 oz per bar.
Question:	Since these are shipped, if the weather is hot will they be melted or are they packed with ice packs
Answer:	In the many times i’ve ordered them, they’ve never been packed with ice packs. Nor have they ever melted.
Question:	Does the order contain 6 boxes, with 7xl protein bars inside each box
Answer:	I ordered on the 16th. Recieved 1 box of 7. Instead of 6 boxes. Messaged them twice. No response yet. Most expensive box of bars ever. Haha

Answer:	There is shared equipment. We use Good Manufacturing Practices with thorough cleaning and inspections between each product. However, our Field to Fingers Process only applies to peanuts, tree nuts and gluten. Therefore, we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination.
