Answer:	The green used to be one of my least favorite. I think because in Thailand, it was always the hottest severed with those little round green peppers and onions and other stuff I usually avoided and went for the massaman curry with those big chunks of potato beef and muuuuu. Now that I have to make my own curry at home, you know when you go out they give you a tiny bowl that's never enough, so thanks to utube and practice I ended making a mean massaman and of course lead to Dang and yellow and finally green. Surprisingly green has been my chicken curry of late and it has little lime but able to heat better than the yellow, my other chicken go to. If you want more lime get the dried leaves to perk it up.

Answer:	The can says a serving is 1.5-2 tablespoons depending on the curry but it doesn't say how many servings there are in total. This product is meant to be mixed with coconut milk and other items before being served over rice or noodles too. I suppose you could store it in the fridge but I'd try freezing it if I wasn't going to eat if in a few days.There are directions on the can but I watched a lady cook the green curry. She fried half a can of paste in a small amount of oil until it was fragrant. Then she added a can of coconut milk, swirled in a little water to get the last bits that were sticking to the side of the can, a tablespoon or so of fish sauce and maybe a half teaspoon of palm sugar. When it started to boil, she added deboned chicken. When the chicken was nearly cooked through, she added (cooked) carrots, (defrosted) green peas and (canned) bamboo shoots. Samples were served over rice noodles that had been soaked in water until soft and then heated up on the stove prior to serving. It probably took 15 minutes from start to finish but the veg were already cut and rice stick had already been soaked. D-lish!

Answer:	Hi! It depends on your tolerance. Our Thai team doesn't think so, our Singaporean customers think it's just right, our Australian and American customers have mixed responses! Depending on your preference, coconut milk and/or sugar helps to tame the heat. Or if you find it too mild, do add sliced chillies like our Thai customers! Answer:	I was concerned about the "proper" preparation of this tea using Keurig technology. I was pleasantly surprised. Whereas I enjoy the ritual of preparing tea the traditional way, the Keurig method delivers a nice cup of tea in half the time.
