Answer:	I am not on a sodium restriction diet. There is always the option of, if one food item has more sodium, you can cut down on your sodium in another food. This is my personal opinion. I personally like that the soup is well seasoned and one doesn't have to add anything. It is very tasty without artificial enhancers or additives. It can be heated and eaten as is.
